  • MacBook ko shutdown karo aur unplug karo.

  • Battery ko disconnect karna zaroori hai.

📋 Step-by-Step Instructions:

🔹 Step 1: Bottom Case Remove Karo

  • MacBook ko ulta rakho.

  • Neeche ke 10 Phillips screws ko remove karo.

  • Bottom panel ko gently upar uthao aur side mein rakh do.

🔹 Step 2: Battery Disconnect Karo

  • Spudger ka use karke battery connector ko gently logic board se unplug karo.

🔹 Step 3: Fan Remove Karo

  • Fan ke connector ko disconnect karo.

  • Fan ke 3 screws nikaal kar fan ko hata do.

  • Ye step heat sink tak access ke liye zaroori hai.

🔹 Step 4: Heat Sink Screws Nikaalo

  • Heat sink ko hold kar rahe 4 T6 Torx screws ko remove karo.

  • Gently heat sink ko upar uthao.

🔹 Step 5: Thermal Paste Clean Karo

  • Processor aur old heat sink ke surface pe purana thermal paste laga hoga.

  • Use isopropyl alcohol + soft cloth se ache se clean karo.

  • Surface bilkul dry aur clean hona chahiye.

🔹 Step 6: New Thermal Paste Lagao

  • Pea-sized amount mein thermal paste processor ke upar center mein lagao.

  • Zyada paste mat lagana — sirf thin even layer honi chahiye jab heat sink dabega.

🔹 Step 7: New Heat Sink Install Karo

  • Heat sink ko processor pe place karo.

  • 4 Torx screws ko cross-pattern mein (X shape) tighten karo — thoda-thoda karke evenly pressure do.

🔹 Step 8: Fan Reinstall Karo

  • Fan wapas place karo.

  • Screws tighten karo aur fan cable ko logic board se connect karo.

🔹 Step 9: Battery Reconnect & Bottom Case Close Karo

  • Battery connector ko wapas jod do.

  • Bottom case ko align karo aur 10 screws se secure karo.

✅ Final Check:

  • MacBook ko on karo.

  • Fan ki sound aur temperature monitor karo.

  • Overheating issue resolve hua ya nahi, check karo.
